Excellent levels of customer service from staff. They were happy to help and recommend where to go, arrange restaurant bookings, tours etc.. Thank you!!!
Room was just a little small for a suite, but very comfortable and clean.
I enjoyed location and employees assistance. I also enjoyed the Etro compliment products in toilette.
It was too small for me. Very quiet. Toilette small without bath. The cable TV was not showing any chanel in english at that moment.
The hotel is beautiful, 5 minutes walk from the shopping district, perfect location. The staff are extremely helpful.
Can be a little noisey during during rush hour.
the room is very nice and I loved the style and the decoration
Unfortunatly We had a the room number 9 and it was very noisy , you can hear the trams as well as sirene policeman etc... I didn't sleep but enjoyed the decoration all over the night -:)
very friendly & helpful staff; excellent breakfast; very tasteful furniture; no street noise (although located at the crossing of 2 main streets)
personnel really assisting in all matters of travellers; romantic designs of rooms.
breakfast modest but still acceptable
The kitchen was closed on Sunday and Monday night.
Nothing Impressive, they promoted the hotel as a boutique hotel and part of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, not so ture... it's an old building with 18 rooms that are tight and not for castrophobic people. There is no lounge, no gym and no facilities what so ever!
The room sizes, it is a suite with two tiny bedroom and sitting area with no television. Car park is almost a mile away and it is a good 10 minute stride. The Toilet is horribly fitted with bad plumbing, the location is on a busy street with no space even to load/offload a taxi with your luggage... a horrifying experience in general!!!!
The staff were charming and even sent up a complimentary bottle of wine when they noticed it was my husband's birthday. The decor was personal, charming and rather eccentric.
the setting and decoration are outstanding,it actually befits totally its name
The hotel looks nice but ned o review the cleanlinss of th room. The white curtain is grey and th worst toile paper I have seen in any hotel.
Very comfortable but at the same time business-like. Good location.Duomo and also my office
Very nice and charming hotel with beautiful rooms and attentive staff
A few things could be improved- firstly, the beds were quite small in size, hardly any place to move- we did specially ask for large twin beds when we booked. Secondly, the breakfast left a little to be desired,no hot breakfast unless one had "pre-advised" and only served with extra payment-we were not told about this at the time of booking.
Clean, charming and quiet with very helpful staff
Very nice small hotel. The room was good but the breakfast very disappointing.
The breakfast was not good but included in the price.
