can't wait to go back.
Room was spacious and had a kitchenette, with air conditioning, mini bar, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating area. The bathroom had a shower and needed toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers. Excellent spa facilities, and lovely breakfast served in the room. Staff was really kind, accommodating our needs perfectly.

Gorgeous decor with antiques, Quaint rooftop terrace and courtyard, Convenient access to public transport
Noise from traffic and trams was unbearable!!! The room lacked basic kitchen utensils, making it impractical for longer stays. Cleaning standards fell short, with areas needing attention and maintenance. A dining area would enhance convenience!!!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Duomo and other attractions. Our Deluxe Double Room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a kitchenette that made our stay incredibly cozy during the chilly weather. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.
Some street noise could be heard at night.
